Storage

Store your kit at room temperature if you are decorating/baking within two days. If decorating after two days, store the cookies in the freezer and the icing bags in the fridge. Take all materials out the day you plan to decorate.

Wonderful Gift for Families of All Ages!

After relocating to a new town, my neighbors extended a dinner invitation to join them for Family Pizza Night. I noticed they had four young children. In an effort to provide a fun dessert option for the evening, I purchased this cookie decorating kit from my favorite bakery and it was a HUGE HIT! Thanks to the Mini Melanie team, I think I may have earned a permanent pass to dinner next door :)

Kit is good, but overpriced

The kit comes with cookies, royal icing frosting, sprinkles, piping bags and little spoons for stirring/scooping.

The cookies taste solid (not the absolute best ever, but good!) and the frosting seems pretty standard. Royal icing isn't as tasty as buttercream! Overall a good kit, but overpriced in my opinion. Especially since shipping is not included.

We have royal icing in our kit so that customers can design cookies in the same technique that we do. Royal icing hardens onto the cookie, wheres buttercream does not, and this makes cookie decorating a great gift to wrap and share with friends and family. The costs are carefully allotted as we are a small business and a small team and everything is made from scratch and shipping fees are high these days! The talk of the party

DIY Cookie Kit- The kids loved decorating these cookies! We had them decorate at the beginning of the party, popped them in the refrigerator (the cookies not the kids) and then they got to eat what they made towards the end of the party. This is a great quality kit that makes it easy to DIY.
